In complete transparency, I don’t know if it’s because I’m tired, because I have other things on my mind or just life, but this morning my mind is blank. I looked through my drafts of half written posts, but nothing struck me. I read my daily Bible reading which usually sparks a thought, but nothing. As I was thinking about the nothing going on in my head, what a crazy thing to ponder, I began to think about something.
The Bible tells us all things work together for good. I imagine God as a conductor orchestrating my life as well as all the lives around me. At times he leads a duet and at times he directs a solo. But as he is always working and he never draws a blank. He never says “oh, no I lost my place and have no clue what to do.” He is the Almighty and has it ALL in control.
So let this short thought today remind us that He has it in control. He is not lost. He is still listening. If he is taking his time it is for a purpose. He makes no mistakes. If today even if you are drawing a “blank” in your situation, remember he is drawing a masterpiece.
