I woke up this morning and walked out onto my deck. Above me were beautifully swirled cotton candy clouds. Echos of thunder could be heard just beyond the busy singing of the morning birds. Wow God! Wow!!!
I have been looking for a scripture to validate that He created it all for me, but this morning it is escaping me. Either way this scene makes me feel so loved by my Creator. Like a husband wooing his bride, daily God loads me with His benefits.
“Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation! Selah” Psalms 68:19 NKJV
I love the way this particular translation portrays our benefit packages. He daily loads us with benefits. He is not skimpy on blessings for His bride.
Today, soak in that love. Look at the crazy world around you and find what nuggets he has left to encourage you and remind you of His love.
“Your mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.” Psalms 36:5 NKJV
